ADMISSIONS PROCESS & POLICIES

We are committed to creating a small, tight-knit community of families dedicated to raising their children based on Montessori principles. Our application process is designed primarily to determine whether families will be a good fit for our community, not to gauge the academic potential of children.

WAIT POOL APPLICATION PROCESS

STEP 1 - Ongoing

• Read through the information on our website to determine if our school is a good fit for your family . This is the most important part of the application process.

• Please review the following pages prior to moving on to Step 2: FAQ, Our Program, Montessori in a Nutshell. These pages are required reading prior to submitting your application and being invited to tour our facility.

STEP 2 - Submit a Written Application

• Written Application emailed to: admissions@hiattfarmsmontessori.com

• Signed final page of the Family Handbook emailed to: admissions@hiattfarmsmontessori.com

• $75 non-refundable check mailed to the following address: Hiatt Farms Montessori School, 6664 North County Road 13, Loveland, CO 80538

STEP 3 - Tours & Family Interviews via Zoom

• Tours will be conducted on an as-needed basis. Should a spot open up, you may be invited to come for a tour of our facility as part of the admissions process. We will reach out to families on our waitlist to move forward with the admissions process should a spot become available for the 2025-2026 school year.

• Interviews will be concluded with families as needed to fill available spots, following the receipt of a written application AND a completed tour of our facility. Select applicants may then be invited for a family interview.

STEP 4 - Admissions Decisions

• We will begin emailing admissions decisions following the family interview, as placement becomes available.

  • PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL HAVE 48 HOURS TO ACCEPT OUR ENROLLMENT OFFER FROM THE TIME THE ACCEPTANCE EMAIL HAS BEEN SENT. WE WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU IF WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM YOU by the end of the day FOLLOWING THIS ENROLLMENT OFFER. IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU WITHIN 48 HOURS OF OUR ENROLLMENT OFFER, THE SPOT WILL BE OFFERED TO ANOTHER FAMILY. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Accepted families will complete all enrollment files and submit a tuition deposit, at which point the child will be officially enrolled. We will host an orientation for accepted families over the summer, when the enrollment process is complete.

*Please note that a completed application does not guarantee admission into our program.

INFANT - For the 2025-2026 school year, we are prioritizing children who will be 6 months or younger as of August 13, 2025.

TODDLER - For the 2025-2026 school year, we are prioritizing children who will be between 18 months to 2 years as of August 13, 2025.

PRIMARY - For the 2025-2026 school year, we are prioritizing children who will be 3 years old as of August 13, 2025.

We are working hard to represent the values, mission, procedures and policies of Hiatt Farms Montessori School on this website and in the enrollment process, but we reserve the right to change policies or information regarding the school or the enrollment process should the need arise.
