Our 2023-2024 Academic Year will begin on Tuesday, August 15th, 2023. Please reference the finalized 2023-2024 School Calendar for events and breaks scheduled for the 2023-2024 school year.

Mandatory school year orientation

Thursday, July 25th, 2024 from 5:30pm-7:00pm

All families enrolled in our program for the 2024-2025 Academic Year are required to attend.

Parent Learning Nights - 2023-2024

Dates for our Parent Learning Nights are as follows:

Thursday, September 28th - In-Person
Thursday, October 26th - In-Person
Thursday, January 25th - via Zoom
Thursday, February 29th - via Zoom
Thursday, April 25th - In-Person

Please note: Families are required to attend at least 4 of the 5 Parent Learning Nights this academic year.

Hiatt Farms Parent association - 2023-2024

Dates for our 2023-2024 Parent Association meetings are as follows:

Family Social events - 2023-2024

Our Parent Association will be organizing the family social events once a quarter.

They are scheduled for the following dates:

Friday, August 18th, 2023 - Welcome Ice Cream Social
Friday, October 6th, 2023 - Fall Festival
Friday, December 8th, 2023 - Winter Market
